Sultan – Project LMS
The LMS (Loyalty Management Systems) project for The Sultan Center the largest grocery business in Kuwait serving millions of consumers, stands as another milestone for PHILOSHOPIC over the past decade.
The most notable aspect of this project is that it was awarded through a competitive tender process. Remarkably, every step – from positioning, proposals, presentations to demos, implementation, testing, support was done completely remotely – thanks to COVID-19! We have never to date been in Kuwait yet we feel like we know the Sultan team inside out after spending countless hours on Teams and chat apps!
This project features an advanced Loyalty Program powered by SMASHRewards with emphasis on mass and personalised promotional campaigns, using SMASHPromote for Sultan Kuwait. Given the success of the project, the company decided to use the SMASH framework to power further consumer programs – Gift Cards – and expand in other countries they operate, such as Sultan Oman in 2023, and Safeway in Jordan in 2024. Bahrain is lined up to go next, so stay tuned!
