Web, E-shop, Mobile and Social Media…

Today our customer journey neither  starts nor it ends in a  store (physical or online). Our customer journey and our experience may start way before (from home, on mobile, on the move, …) and may well continue after the in-store purchase. It could involve obtaining information, finding out about offers or sharing the experience.
